Maruti Suzuki Arena (Adarsha Automotives, Nirmal, Shastrinagar Nirmal)

I wish I could give less than one star, initially they tell us one delivery date after paying the advance and all, they will tell you some stories and they will make too delay in delivering the vehicle. This is completely intensional and well scripted. If you call them to enquiry the status of that vehicle , they will treat you like beggars and ignore like anything. This is what happened in my case . Especially one guy, his name is Kandhela Srinivas, he plays this kind of drama just for their commissions.
PLEASE DONT ORDER ANY VEHICLES FROM THESE GUYS, LITERALLY THEY WILL SHOW YOU THE HELL .

One of the worst service centre in Nirmal. I gave my vehicle Breeza for service. They charged me 10k and they have charged unnecessary charges to me. They used low grade engine oil brand MOBIL. All charges like rent and labour charges they will add on your car service. I strongly recommend to use local service centre rather than this worst ARENA. local service centre will service your car well if you provide them service kit and components.

Gave my vehicle for service the service is really pathetic doesn't deserve even one star. They blatantly say wheel alignment and rotation is done but it's not done. I caught it based on the marks on alloy wheels and shouted at them. Then they did it and then we're giving me discount.....which means they are guilty. So bad service centre never expected this from maruti suzuki. I warn everyone of you not to give your vehicle for service at this place.

Waste service provided useless good for nothing executives very very bad service doesn't deserve even one star
