I would like to share my wonderful experience with Annamalai Renault showroom, which is located in Palanichettipatty, Theni

As there was a plan to buy a hatchback vehicle, I had visited different brand showrooms to identify the right suitable vehicle for me. In my visit, I really got impressed by the Annamalai Renault showroom sales folks. As a result, I had chosen Renault, kwid vehicle. I would like to narrate my Renault kwid buying experience with you all..

Reason behind saying my experience is, the way they handle the customer is really appreciable. First visit itself, if any new customer comes in, they explain the vehicle features in detail and project the actual vehicle cost (showroom & on road price) and detailly explain without hiding any hidden charges. Moreover they are very transparent in terms of other extra charges which may occur during registration.. They are very cooperative and supportive in terms of accomplishing our wish without any hinderance.

They are giving good discounts in real-time and keep up their promises. I have got various discounts (Insurance cost, common discount, corporate discount, branch discount and temp registration). In some exception case, If something goes wrong, they will take those burden on their shoulders and they will not let the customers to face the same.. They are very user friendly and keep up their promises. They complete the formalities within the said stipulated time and deliver the vehicle on time. I can narrate more but due to space constraints, restricting myself.

I strongly recommend this Annamalai branch for any vehicle. All these appreciation goes to Mr Muthupandi & Thangapandi who is handling the branch. Keep up their customer service

***Two months review after my usage***
After a month got over, i had taken my kwid vehicle to Mysore for a personal trip. it is appx. 400 kms from theni. It was a nice wonderful experience i got while driving. Though it is 800 cc vehicle i tried driving with 125 km speed per hour. there was a good stability and control on the vehicle. I didn't feel any vibration. I am not recommending to drive this much speed. as there is a good stability and control, automatically our mind tries to speedup ..please drive with 80 km speed or max 90 km speed.
From Theni to Bangalore road was good. so no back pain and leg pain. from bangalore via mandya to mysore, I never seen such a worst road in my life time.. But somehow I managed with kwid as it has a good stability with respect to the tyres and the body buildup. AC and heater flow was really good. Two days I totally drove the car and even after driving in the worst roads, I didn't face any issue till I am back to Theni.

***Concerns***
Only concern i am having is with the headlights especially high beam light . It's not that flooded light at night.now I'm realizing it would be good if we have as like older variant. Other issue is with FM. that is not that clear and some channels totally not usable.. Initially having AC 'on', it is struggling to drive above 40 km speed. once its picked up, it will be normal. if there is a heavy load like 5 adult and 2 kids in a car, most of the time car bottom hits speed bumps (speed breaker).

Apart from the above concerns, I am really impressed. This is my wholehearted review comments. Don't think that I have given this review asper the request by Renault.
