The showroom is very neat and decent the sales person treats everyone with equality. Bookings, paper works, document works, loan, emi options, payment process, registration were taught clear and easy to understand. Their insurance schemes and service booklets are reasonable and good too. Every step to buy a new car were successful without a hazel.
They'll guide you which car to choose and the best for you with your budget. Every car and their features, specifications, accessories, pricing, varient and details were explained clear to the customers.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The car booking was a little delay but might change if the model that you choose is not in demand. New i20 Asto O too around 5-6 weeks. But the deliver of the car was super fast as they delivered the car within 2 days of booking. Though the booking was late the delivery was fast,...Ahhan that's weird 🤔.⭐⭐⭐⭐

You can go for test drive only if the model and varient are available at the showroom. That was disappointed as you won't get the basic or mid varient vehicle to test drive. ⭐⭐⭐

The delivery process was simple and not that grand. You can choose the delivery date if the pay the full amount of the car. And the car won't wait long if the payment isn't done within a week. The delivery ceremony will be grand if you buy the costliest car in the showroom I guess. 🙄
But the free accessories was satisfying and okay.⭐⭐⭐

You can get the stock accessories that is available in the showroom itself. But is don't think it's worth the price for some additional features / accessories that you need for the car, like body cover, car idols, perfume, seat covers etc. The spare are genuine and good quality. I recommend you to use hyundai genuine spare parts and kits for your Hyundai car. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Over all my experience was satisfied with Jain's Hyundai. If you looking to buy a new Hyundai car at Vellore. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. 🤩
