Service advisors are least bothered to understand the customer's needs. Enormous delay in delivering the vehicle.

I am having polo went for periodic service but they kept me waiting for half an hour ,Very worst in attending customer telling to wait for 10min and after 10 min again 10min really worst . The person so called Saravanan I think he is owner of Volkswagen.

Service is good through phone calls.they explain clearly about services.
