The workers working here they don't know how to deal with customers. They don't have time to answer your queries. Such a POOR GRITTY RESPONSE FROM THE PEOPLE WORKING THERE. THIS IS WHY NO ONE RESPECTS VILUPPURAM ANYWHERE OUTSIDE VILUPPURAM. if their owner or the authorized person is seeing this, if they educated enough I hope they will FIRST TEACH THEIR EMPLOYEES HOW TO TREAT AND HOW TO ANSWER CUSTOMERS QUERIES. (Cars are good btw)
If you really want to get treated better at your respect kindly neglect this place and go somewhere else,WHO VALUES THEIR CUSTOMES OPINIONS AND RESPECT THEIR QUERIES.

Great place showroom was so clean nice

I had an amazing experience in this showroom. While driving with my family my car's clutch bearing failed enroute to Nagercoil from Chennai. As we were on our way to the death of a family member we informed the team to make the clutch replacement as fast as possible. But to my surprise they did a super fast awesome job of replacing the entire clutch assy under 2.5hrs😯 that too for a 4x4 fortuner. No issues with the car till now. Such good mechanics and team in this showroom. Hats off to u guys 👍👍👌👌👌

My Etios liva was broke down while driving (due to alternator problem) with high traffic conjunction in Villupuram in late evening . I immediately called Toyota showroom and they have shared service person number who named RAMAKRISHNA. As soon as I said my problem he instantly found the issue and provided full support with 100% dedication with the right solution. Even though this situation was happened in the late night , Ramakrishna put additional time and effort beyond his work hours which was truly a super customer satisfaction. Thank you Rama Krishna for helping me out at the right time.

Good showroom but small. This is Branch of Pondicherry. For test drive they will come to your home. Service is available. They even have u-trust but for few days after that you have to visit Pondicherry u-trust for used cars. I think they have 1 or 2 salesperson person only and most of the time they too not available.
