Right from the first day when I had called Olympia Honda to enquire about Honda Amaze till the date I had taken delivery of the car, the entire journey was complete bliss, professionalism at all times and satisfaction at every stage. The best sales executive I have met so far, across all the other car companies, Mr.Deepan had shown immense professionalism and patience in answering all customer queries. The paperwork was a breeze and was done without any complications during the pandemic times. The team first answered my call for enquiry and on the same day arranged for test drive without any hassle. The entire test drive experience was awesome with all doubts & questions about the car were discussed in detail, technical, service related and cost & Insurance related questions were all well explained, patiently. Nowhere ever I was forced to buy or make a decision, I took my sweet time analysing the pros and cons and decided to go for it. Once after paying the advance amount for booking, a whatsapp group was opened with the sales executive, lead & insurance team where all progress and details were shared on the fly. On the day of delivery all arrangements were made well in advance and the paperwork were all ready to be signed and taken delivery. Best choice ever made.
