They will get Advance telling the car will be delivered kn 8 weeks but you will get only after 6 months.

They just get your advance amount and doing there Mini Finance.

Bad System and doing over commitment

Worst service don’t ever book Vehical in this show room. After full payment last one months still they are not deliver my vehicle. Not only for me most of the customers who booked last three months same problem. No is taking responsibility. They are using our moneys

Even one star is also less for these SRT.. Really I came up with a hopes usually how all the customers visit the show room. I booked my vehicle AltroxXz+ in September and promises time is min 5 days to max 60 days..after multiple follow ups from my side vehicle altoment done after 75 days and reached vehicle another 7 days to showroom. The response from the sales team person GOKUL was very disappointed and he is not providing the proper and correct information. They are telling silly reasons to avoid blame on their side... Very wrost response which effects the customers of TATA.

Worst customer experience.There was no A.c. working and we didn't even get a fan at peak afternoon time and no one even cared to ask for water.The representatives are just explaining some things and leave rest of features in the air.The ambience and customer service is pathetic.Only reason why the showroom is functioning is because of quality tata products.
Only honest person & best of the wwhole showroom is Mr.Ramani.

Finally after a couple of months,#Tatapunch got delivered, a wonderful experience from SRT tata.. Our grateful thanks and appreciation to Mr. Thangavel for his followup internally for a smooth delivery and for his coustomer priority,,, initially it was said the waiting period would be 3 months, but tata delivered In 2 months

I would recommend SRT TATA which is in Avinashi road, if any of you are planning to buy a TATA car. Good customer service and a genuine dealer....
