Garage could have been maintained better. Expecting more. Friendly advisers and satisfied with first service but my second service was not done properly. I had wobbling effect due to improper wheel alignment and balancing. Corrected at Michelin outlet for Rs.850/- Hope they wouldn't let the customer down .

I must admit TATA motors have changed a lot during the course of time. It's was my first service here and I'm completely satisfied with service and follow-up by servicing team for feedback. They really value your time and listen you carefully. There is a pick and drop facility available here you no need to go at all by yourself just call them and they will do it all for and now external charge.

Very pathetic service i have experienced yesterday(02/02/2019), they won't wash your vehicle properly ,concerned only to replace your old parts so that they can gain profit out of it,I am from Madurai and this is my first(last) time i have given my car-(Manza club class) to Concorde motors ,basic things like they won't keep grease in four sides of the door,this show that how they will work on other works which you said! I recommend not to give your car to this service center ! I am kind of person who thinks to give my car to authorized service center,please break this mindset and give to Multi car specialist like Mahindra service or any of your local car specialist ,they will do justice to the money charge to the customer.
As of my knowledge yesterday they just kept my car idle from morning to evening and once i called them in evening,they said it may take one more day(that proved he haven't started working on my car-just general service -no complaints ,no oil change,he has informed me did wheel balancing ,oil top ups,water wash)

Very very average customer satisfaction for Tata vehicle owners.... don't forget to take out even small and petty things from your car ,while you give to service. The service mechanics has stolen toy , microfiber cloth and charge cable ...which we won't expect .

Been a concorde loyalist since the purchase of my Tigor in 2017 at the Guindy showroom. Owned & operated by Tata motors themselves.

Right from the 1st service until now (35,000kms), this service station has been the one and only for my Tigor. Mr Manimaran who is a service advisor is a thorough knowledgeable gentleman assisting me throughout. Also the senior team leader of workshop (cannot recollect his name), has a calm and practical approach to explaining the need-to-be replaced/fixed v/s can be deferred items.

My Tigor has run 30,000kms purely on the highways (TN-AP-MH-KA-MP-RJ), with a mix of slick NH, broken country roads, extensive ghat sections.

I make it a point to get a health check done pre & post every cross country drive at this service station.

Never has it been that I have received an inflated bill/delayed delivery or unnecessary replacements.

However note, safety of the vehicle does indeed involve certain costs, can be kept low provided appropriate driving practices used.

The build quality & reliability of the IMPACT designed Tata vehicles is outstanding.

More than the above, it is a few good men at this after service stage like Mr Manimaran and works team leader who make me feel proud to be an Indian, have owned an Indian designed, Indian maintained vehicle to enjoy India through the expansive highways.

Sorry for a long review, but I'm sure this can give clarity to lost souls wondering which service station to choose considering the negative reviews here.....

Worst experience i had. Went to service for 30000 kms for my tata tiago and without even inspecting vechile they asked to change oil filter , fuel filter , engine oil and said an estimate about 10000 . When asked there is no problem in the parts then why it should be changed there is no valid answer from them.
I complained about brake are weak they said will check later executive called and said break pad needs to be replaced which cost another 3000 and since it is brake i belived them and said ok to replace after taking delivery i felt there is no difference in break performance . This give me doubt whether they replaced the parts or just they added it in bill.
Another thing is about wheel balancing , when they asked it i said no i'll do it later but in the final bill it was included. Later when I enquired as i said no then that executive removes it from the bill and gives me a new bill this makes me more doubt about the thing in the bill and the actual service they did. I'm going to check it whether they replaced the parts or not.

Very bad service. I have done 2 service in Lakshmi Tata. They are spoiling Tata concord name. After service they have forgot to put silencer bolt and it has got damaged. Then I got it cleared it changed in a local mechanic shop for 12,000 because of their mistake. Even the service they have done is very poor. No knowledge all old people has gone only trainees are there to make your car worse. I will not go there in future and I will not recommend any one. Tata image is getting spoiled because of lakshmi Tata. Kindly improve your service.

Worst service.I have a doubt on them. I don't have any compliant. For regular service I went there.
But had new problem in service. I accept that and paid that too. After that new problem came.
They must replace original spares.
