As of my knowledge yesterday they just kept my car idle from morning to evening and once i called them in evening,they said it may take one more day(that proved he haven't started working on my car-just general service -no complaints ,no oil change,he has informed me did wheel balancing ,oil top ups,water wash)
Right from the 1st service until now (35,000kms), this service station has been the one and only for my Tigor. Mr Manimaran who is a service advisor is a thorough knowledgeable gentleman assisting me throughout. Also the senior team leader of workshop (cannot recollect his name), has a calm and practical approach to explaining the need-to-be replaced/fixed v/s can be deferred items.
My Tigor has run 30,000kms purely on the highways (TN-AP-MH-KA-MP-RJ), with a mix of slick NH, broken country roads, extensive ghat sections.
I make it a point to get a health check done pre & post every cross country drive at this service station.
Never has it been that I have received an inflated bill/delayed delivery or unnecessary replacements.
However note, safety of the vehicle does indeed involve certain costs, can be kept low provided appropriate driving practices used.
The build quality & reliability of the IMPACT designed Tata vehicles is outstanding.
More than the above, it is a few good men at this after service stage like Mr Manimaran and works team leader who make me feel proud to be an Indian, have owned an Indian designed, Indian maintained vehicle to enjoy India through the expansive highways.

Sorry for a long review, but I'm sure this can give clarity to lost souls wondering which service station to choose considering the negative reviews here.....

I complained about brake are weak they said will check later executive called and said break pad needs to be replaced which cost another 3000 and since it is brake i belived them and said ok to replace after taking delivery i felt there is no difference in break performance . This give me doubt whether they replaced the parts or just they added it in bill.
Another thing is about wheel balancing , when they asked it i said no i'll do it later but in the final bill it was included. Later when I enquired as i said no then that executive removes it from the bill and gives me a new bill this makes me more doubt about the thing in the bill and the actual service they did. I'm going to check it whether they replaced the parts or not.
But had new problem in service. I accept that and paid that too. After that new problem came.
They must replace original spares.
