Hyundai Showroom

The only Hyundai showroom and service centre for Vellore. From a service point of view, it offers a variety of service options including a rapid total check-up; shuttle services and vehicle pick up and drop off are an added plus. Staff are courteous and attentive although the heavy workloads sometimes take a toll on the work done, especially post service detailing. Although Hyundai charges a premium on their post sales services, the quality of work done is assured for the costs levied. Having not purchased any cars from this showroom, I cannot give honest feedback on their sales. They do have ample test drive and display units in the showroom for customers. All in all, the only option for Hyundai car owners and potential buyers seeking options from Hyundai.

Pathetic. Service advisors are useless.. Looks like they were never trained. They don't know on how to treat the customers.. By the way I am from Bangalore.. These guys need to learn a lot from Advaith Hyundai Bangalore on how to treat the customers..

2. Driver to home service.
3. Service tech Mr. Jayaram will explain the problem list and let you know the must to do list.
3. Senior Manager is approachable and clears all the below listed cons.

Cons
1. When you step in the office, employees will have a face why this fellow has come.
2. Staff will never engage in conversation unless otherwise you make some fuss.

First thing first Staff dnt know english,they all know tamil only so if you are from other parts of country or dnt know english you are gonna have tough time explaining them..and there service also is not good...they repair one thing spoil another...so be attentive and dnt leave your car there while they do the service...good thing is it opens on sunday also till 2 pm after that for emergency repairs till 4or 5pm.

Good ambience and costumer service.
Car services are available but suggested to prebook before because it is crowed . All is good but not sure about pricing, it is compared with tata and they are claiming affordable,

Finally worth of trying,

In Service customer lounge too suffocation only 11 members can sit and only 1 pedestal fan AC for name sake and no TV. In sales waiting area ie. in main hall no air flow one you get in surely our shirt will wet.. All the cabin have AC just for display only.... Not a proper showroom.

When you take the car for spare replacement work they say they do not have spares in their inventory. They promise that they will arrange for the spares and call you but they never call you back. This happened to me twice.

One of my friend Mr. Santhosham bought i10 Nios on August 6th 2021 and another friend Mr. Sathish bought CRETA S on 8th October 2021. I was with them on both deliveries.
I have never seen such a wonderful GM Mr. Venkatesh & his crew in my life.
