worst experience. booked nexon car on 24th may 2022, at the time of booking sales manager told us that delivery will be in 1 -2 months max. but till date we didnot receive any update and manager is also giving false hopes. Dont know why they are fooling public.such kind of dealers exploit the brand name.

Customer service is not good and they are not properly communicate on status of complaint. Even sometime they are not picking up phone and After 3 month of continues discussion now they are saying "sir hamne to order lga diya baki aap customer care par bat kar lo". Is this how they are giving service to their customer.

I had booked my car from Tata Motors in Ganganagar Sri Ganganagar. But I had to give delivery that on 16th and till date I have not reported any delivery. When I talked From there, I was misbehaved with him on behalf of the staff. Didn't talk well that makes me ashamed towards such staff mr jatinder kumar sharma
