A well managed and equipped showroom for the brand that is supposed to be technology based most advanced brand of all the competitors in the segment.
Like the product is feature equipped, the staff is well equipped with knowledge of the product as well as it's competition. The showroom space is not that big as many other but who needs space when you get a warm welcome with big smiles (though due to cover faces are covered under masks). Very courteous, properly dressed and well behaved staff with a happy approach and purpose to make you feel comfortable first and then pitch for sales by providing details.

Cons can just the space of the showroom for a brand like MG, rest it's said good things come in small packages. For a brand, it's representatives are brand value and be assured for this showroom, the staff is living up to the standards of keeping it towards inclined graph.

All the safety measures are taken for protection from covid and it's spread.

Asked for test drive for ZS EV, was refused. Worst car dealership ever. Going to report my concern to MG.

Parking issues....other then it is located in the center of the city .....easy to reach

Pre booked MG ASTOR Style variant but dealer say only top model are delivered asks me to cancel booking says no base model would be delivered ....a deceitful dealer and company

The worst car I have purchased is mg hector because on 7500 there is a issue in clutch it has been changed by the mg but now on 30000 again the clutch problem is there and there is 5 years plus unlimited km warranty but now they are asking again to change it on chargeable basis I have many cars but i haven't got any problem till now for clutch or anything that's why I am giving it the poorest rating from my side and I will never recommend this car to anyone

Excellent car and excellent staff... Loved the location of showroom... Specially mentioning Mr. Bhanu for his dedication to show all the cars.

My rating doesn't have to do anything about MG cars. I really liked them especially with Hector but it's about the place where this showroom is located....a hell lots of traffic and no parking facility provided.
