I purchased Altroz XZ from Chamble motors, during delivery wearable key (band) was missing with car, dealer told that we will arrenge after some time, and send mail to head office, 3 months completed they did not give any answer and not attending the call, very disappointed with Chamble motors, they forget the costmer after car delivery.

Had a very bad experience with my family members who visited to check a new car. Their salesman named Shabbir, having certain political ideology try to influence my family members in a rude way. He was trying to present his personal ideology to others while explaining about the car, infact he had no knowledge about the car. I just want to request the management why you keep salesperson who bring their personal political ideology in profession and misbehave with the customers. After that incident my family people have decided not to buy the car from there. We were about to buy 4 different in our extended family but this experience had a bad impact.

Worst company in udaipur i am not happy with sales service and staff.. they are not answering my questions. My 1st and last mistake that I purchased car form “THE GREAT CHAMABL MOTORS” thanks for your support. Firstly they miss my wearable key.
Secondary my car bumper colour was gone a side and had scratches on headlights moudling.

Very poor service no respect for customers they literally abuse on phone calls they will behave nicely only till when you are there for buying a car after that they don't give any damn response.... My suggestion don't make mistake of going there, buy from any other showroom. I have buyed a tata Nexon ev from their nd still buying a car of worth 17 lakhs I'm not getting any service from this company employees.

Being a disabled person I purchased Tata Nexon AMT about 7 months ago. After a couple of months of use, the car started showing AMT Fault indication in heavy traffic conditions, while taking reverse or bad Indian road conditions.

I have made formal complaints, visited Tata motors service centre multiple times but they keep on saying it's a “safety feature” and not a fault. The car refused to move when the issue comes, it puts me in life-threatening condition.

I installed a hand control by a certified mechanic so i can drive the car without using my legs. They initially blamed hand control, so they removed it. Now I have to rely on others to drive my car.

My hard earn money is getting wasted, we are in a life-threatening situation but tata motors refuse to even acknowledge that there is a problem.

Now the clutch starts burning and the car smells whenever the issue comes. Tata motors keep on blaming that because we drive the car on bad road, its a “safety feature” indication.

I would suggest everyone, not to buy tata cars, especially the AMT and if you are a disabled/handicap person, NEVER.

I went to chambal tata for my tata tiago gate change under insurance they took almost 6 days and my car is with them only when I left my car almost 15 liters of petrol is in tank and when I receive my car after 6 days the tank is empty when I asked the manager they say they took car for test drive to see any fault first they say 10 km we drive then I again asked them how many km you drive for testing the car they say 30 km then how the tank is empty they could answer and say we can't do anything .
The car is full of spitting of pan or gutaka
They didn't even bother to clean it even
The door is also not fixed properly.
