Sales person are more focused on their sales instead of capturing best deal they can offer and customer satisfaction.

Service person are more focused on generating more revenue for them by adding loads of labour charges instead of doing genuine servicing of the vehicle.

Customer service person are more focused on getting higher rating even without doing anything instead of listening to customer voice and taking corrective actions.

Some people genuinely doing their job and committed to providing good service experience. 👍 For them, really appreciated. ✨ are only for them.
