Cooperative staff but the thing is honda is not that brand that bargains. The thing that differentiate honda from other car manufacturers is the reliability of honda cars

My experience of dealing with Deep Honda, Bathinda is worse. At the time of buying the car I was told that Road Side Assistance is free but now after one year I was called by their executive and told that I would have to pay around Rs 4000/- to avail this facility. And at the time of buying the car I was also told that first three services are free and at the time of my third service, I came to know that only labour is free whereas change of oil & filter is chargeable. Why are these things not told in detail to customers at the time of selling the car? Next, the customer executives calling for anything do not have proper knowledge to answer the questions asked by the customers and also the insurance executive of Deep Honda talks rudely for not buying insurance from Deep Honda, Bathinda. Finally I had to pay for my third service today. Even when the car was handed over to the customer after service, the floor mat of driver seat was not fixed which we had to tell them and then it was done. Next, the customer lounge in the service area was not worth waiting for as there was no proper cooling and also when the power went off, they took around 20 minutes in turning on the generator. TV was switched off and nobody offered water, that too we had to do self service. Last but not the least, my Tax Certificate was not given to me even after so many reminders and meeting personally to their senior officer, rather it was given to me after 10 months and that too after complaining at their customer care number.

Deep Honda Bathinda is totally a Fraud!👎
When you call them for some enquiry of car, they will treat you like God, they will start you calling again and again , will ask for rest drive etc etc.but once you had purchased the car from them , they will treat you like Beggars for your own hard earned money.
I have purchased the car from Deep Honda Bathinda , they charged me for the Registration related fees by Rs 81,000, but more than 15 days had passed , since I have taken the delivery of car, but they have not even applied the amount of Rs81,000 for the purpose it was meant for!! We are calling them regularly, and there is no response from their side , there is Sales person named Khushpal Singh, and General Manger named Akash, they are not responding to my calls , they all are using my money freely , and on the other hand I am paying interest to the bank on the car loan!
This Deep Honda and its employees , owner they are totally fraud , they have branch in Bathinda , Muktsar and Amritsar, don’t ever visit to any of these branches! And let’s show them their real worth without customers purchasing cars from them.
They are into Cheap business practice!

+ Road Tax and Registration 80,094-00
+ Accessories 4,449-00
+ Others 4,720-00
Total 9,90,685
However they have issued the bill of the Ex show room price of 8,99,580-00, exact detail and balance amount bill is not issued till date!

Biggest Fraud!!!!
Deep Honda is truly a fraud agency ! They
Deal with the customers fraudulently. It’s more than 3 months since I have purchased the car from their showroom , they had charged me double of the actual amount for registration of my car, and till the date they have not applied for registration of my car!!!
Without any second thought, don’t ever bust to this fraud showroom and its franchise.
