Very rude staff. Will take advance for booking then won’t deliver 5-6 months and then demand 2-3 times price hikes. Don’t trust this dealer, they just want to make more profits by asking you to pay extra or will give car to next customer

Very poor service, absolutely disgusting, service persons not even receiving calls even after paying token money. Absolute harrasment, not more than that. Brand should look upon this, dealership is ruining Toyota's legacy.

Worst experience ever. Bought fortuner legender not Etios. I paid 70% amount cash and 30% loan was passed they didn’t allow me ro take the car without no. They forced me to buy no. From them, they said its our rule we don’t deliver without no. And now i can see 8 Fortuner roaming with A/F in city. Means in india you need Jugad for your comfort they won’t give you good service . Worst experience for car service too. Mahindra, Skoda, Volkswagen, Hyundai, MG, Maruti gives better service in everything. They should learn few things from Raga motors jalandhar. When i first visited for Booking Fortuner Legender in Nike Shorts, Tshirts and slippers they didn’t even try to talk to me idiots don’t even know Nike. Even Audi Chandigarh and BMW employees don’t act like the way these idiots do. All i know is employees are there to solve our problems rather then wasting our time. When will indians learn to give best service.

Worst service experience ever ! Stole the tyre inflator pump kit placed in the car ! Overcharged me for the services which I didn't even ask and they didn't care to take my consent ! Service of my toyota innova crysta which normally costs around 12-13k but was handed over a bill of 24k !
