NEXA (CM Auto Sales, Mohali, Phase 7)

Worst place to get you car for service/repair. I have a bumper to bumper insurance and took my vehicle for repairs. They are least bothered about their customer and were very rude while talking (agent name Abhishek). Will never take my vehicle to CM Mohali, after 5 years of me taking all services/insurance from them they simply don't bother to provide quality service to their permanent customers.

The waiting Lounge experience can be improved. They should be more concerned about the customers waiting for long hours.

The service of the car is good.

Repairs not satisfactory. They called that I can take delivery and then on arrival I had to tell every small things missed by them. This happened 3 times. Still some things are remaining. I took the car as I cannot leave my car in workshop anymore.

Bought our new Grand Vitara from CM Autos...the Nexa dealership provided good info and attended us promptly at our first visit. Special mention to sales person Mr Lovely as he assisted us as per our needs and was helpful. Car buying and delivery experience was good.

Worst experience ever. They almost sold me a used accidental Grand Vitara.

When I confronted them, their attitude changed. I was lucky that I spotted the flaws. But never buy a car from this dealership.

We dealt with RM Alok and our experience was above our expectations. He was very polite and have good knowledge on car technology.

Today, I took delivery of my car from CM auto.
