Poor service by sales staff
Specially the sales manager (Pankaj) was so rude and arrogant. He seems to be illiterate. I dnt knw how owners appoint him as a manager.
He argue with every single customer came for booking.
His behaviour was shocking and ruthless.
I went there to book scorpio but after seeing his behaviour i changed my mind.
Request to all if you want to buy mahindra avoid Ferozepur dealership.

0 star , bad experience, not recommended , never gonna buy any vehicle in future from here, rude behaviour never trust their staff specially a lady name as Aarti working there as a staff , talk directly to manager otherwise u will get looted on pick up day , they never stand on their commitment, get signed for every commitment they do on paper before booking any vehicle because They never stand on what they say upon booking
