Great service. Full support given by staff. Overall good experience and recommended.

Even though the office hours was over , the staff supported us and filled AD blue in our MG Hector plus.

The service advisor attending me was good and helpful but the reason i went there was to charge my EV and it was somewhere around 1645 when i reached and they had to close the workshop around 6:30. The service advisor stayed as my car was bot charged enough. But the charger reset on its own. So to restart the charger you need a key and some other idiot from the service department had taken the key along with him to his home. Hence i had to leave without charging my car.

The experience with MG Amritsar had always been wonderful. The staff at MG Amritsar especially Mr Harwinder, Mr Manbir and Miss Shaifali has been so cordial, proficient & confident in their work. The job was well done without requiring any intervention from my side. They always gave intermittent feedback on the progress of the work too. Heartiest congratulations and all the best for future.

Good staff..everything done easily..but there was no place to wait as there is no market around till they service your car
