I want to share my experience. Commercial sales here is the worst service for Mahindra GN Autonation.The sales team here spends months to refund the customer's access amount, due to which the customers are harassed on a daily basis here.......

In my opinion,the sales executive of sambalpur dealers don't know the basic rules of selling and concern for customer satisfaction.They are adding unnecessary extra charges and by asking why about it then their response is like there are so many customers in a queue if don't buy this product then others are ready to buy it.
I am totally dissatisfied from this branch because I went this Mahindra branch by traveling 260km(bilaspur-sambalpur) for BH series registration and return with exhausted mind and empty handed and the sad thing is that sales person knew that I came their branch by traveling so far.
I didn't expect this type of attitude from Mahindra like prestigious brand may be this is because of now a days their cars are more selling or other but totally dissatisfied and hurted.
