I am writing this to describe my experience in buying a Toyota Innova Crysta from your showroom. As this was my first car purchase, I was equally excited and worried. But the staff of the Espirit Toyota Showroom in Bhubaneswar did an amazing job to eliminate my worries and enhance my excitement.
First and foremost, I should express a big gratitude to Shri Krupasindhu Mohapatra, the representative of the showroom who was my single point of contact throughout the purchase procedure. He was excellent and amazing in his job. With his expertise, I was able to complete the cumbersome task of buying such an expensive car like a breeze. He was quick and ready to answer any doubts smartly regarding the purchase. I have to say, I have visited many car showrooms but a person with a quality and skills like Shri Mohapatra is very rare. He has a sheer amount of professionalism in him and that is a proof of the potential he has to climb the ladder of his career smoothly.
I would also like to thank all the other staff who helped me with the purchase. Especially I would like to thank Shri Biswajit Mohaptra, who was very helpful in arranging the financing of the car, and Smt Jyoti, who helped me with RTO procedures.
I want to reiterate that all the members working in the showroom displayed and unforeseen amount of professionalism and expertise and they had no stone unturned for a hassle free buying experience. I am looking forward to recommend any of my friends or colleague to not only buy a Toyota Car but also buy exclusively from this showroom. Because sometime the attitude creates a big difference in satisfaction and the cordial attitude that I received from this showroom is unmatched.

The worst experience ever got. They didnt respond and were in a mood not sale there car. Will not suggest any1 to visit that place...

I took Toyota from Espirit Toyota and have ordered HSRP no plate(as govt made it mandatory) to Espirit Toyota showroom, m so glad that they are very polite and helpful in fixing my no plate.Thanks to team

The best part of this showroom is it's location , it's located near patia chowk road side so easy to find out and the worst part is this is only for sales service not available, you have to visit Cuttack store for service.
Ambiance is good but can be improved .
Little bit cozzy place , but all models available for display.
Office staff and sales person are knowledgeable and good mannered.
Overall good but my personal view is there should be another service point of Toyota in twin City.
