It was an amazing experience purchaseing my all new tata punch. Mr abakash my sales adviser is very nice and humble, also all staff are humble. Overall a good experience.

Delighted delivery 🎉 great service from the staff members at Premier Motors. All the paperwork's were done fast and easy. And the delivery was made right on time. Hospitality Extended in Customer lobby and Reception is very decent. Behaviour of employees are very polite. Will definitely recommend to friends and acquaintances.

I had so many delivery related issues with the dealer. I had to follow up almost everyday for update regarding date of delivery and finally vehicle reached at dealer point after 122 days, but as promised I took the delivery even after 145 days(20-23 days delay in the process since I lost Rs.10000/- with RTO because my booked choice number got forfeited). Post delivery, sales related queries like price protection or any other item is never answered properly. and because of this delay for just 6 days, they denied to cover this under price protection. And to get this final reply, I had to chase the dealer for almost 2 months with multiple complaints and emails. And the customer representatives in sales department who dealt with my issues are not professional.

My booking was on Dec 6, 2021 and I had to do multiple follow ups from Feb-end, finally got delivery on April 28, 2022.

Overall experience was fantastic.
From the day of booking to the date of vehicle delivery everything was perfect.
Special thanks to mr Dibya for assisting us regarding everything related the vehicle.

I have purchased a new tata punch creative model dated on 16.09.2022 but it is my blessed all staffs are cooperative & supportive.thanks for tata motors.
