Rude staff. They audit car exteriors but damage car interiors which doesn't comes in audit. Sending them emails, they will never answer back. Managers will vanish out of site if you argue with them. Unprofessional people and untrained contracted staff. Imagine a fresher handling your vehical. They damaged the interiors as well as piano finished audio sides.

Wish I could give negative rating, I had a body shop work that was needed to be done for my car for which they are claiming they do not have the pick up and drop facility and the customer has to visit for car inspection for insurance claims or pay 350/- for the pickup while no other service centre or car companies are asking for it.
On countering they have the audacity to say that they have there own dealership rules they are following. After this very first on call experience definitely wouldn’t want to go ahead for any other services from Solitaire.
Anyone giving there car for service or insurance claims pls give it at your risk as they will not take the ownership of any issues you face later with the car.

Ideal for servicing all types of Honda Cars. Genuine car dealer and provides decent after service. They have waiting hall for all customers who go for servicing. They operate by appointments and by and large follow the time given. The quality of job is mostly decent and worth however the user experience is based on the type of advisor you get allotted when you step in. I generally using this for last 7 years and I am mostly satisfied but for couple of instances which I was not happy. They have good system to get feedbacks and their managers reach out in case of any dissatisfaction.

Recently visited for services, very helpful,courteous and polite staff especially Mr.Nitesh service advisor was very helpful to address all queries, concerns and catering to all customer requirements. Surely a trustworthy and good service provider for Honda.

Excellent customer support by their sales team, special mention towards sales manager Vikas. He was very helpful, right from the test drive (I tested both the hybrid and automatic) to the delivery of the vehicle I bought. Looking forward to a long relationship for the service and maintenance of my Honda city. Was a very smooth drop off for my service - 8am appointment.
