MG hector showroom, Pune. We were looking for a comfortable and luxurious SUV car from august 2021. We saw many, started with maruti XL6 as we owned Maruti Baleno from the last 6 years. Then we went to MG Hector showroom just to have a look and we were in love with the car. But we were quite reluctant as we were not sure If it will be a great choice as company was new to us. Then we went to Tata showroom for Safari, Harrier, and Kia showroom for Carens and seltos, and Hyundai for Creta and alcazar. But every time we again went back to Hector showroom, our sales executive Shrikrishna was ready to answer our doubts. We wanted to check if car can be easily parked in our parking area so Shrikrishna bought the car for the same and we were happy as we selected our future car. Then on 28th of August we went and booked our MG Hector, red colour car as we wanted sporty look. Then on Monday 29th of August, Shrikrishna gave us a call at 10am that Black colour car is available for delivery within 4 days if you are ok with colour. So again we went to showroom to see how Black Hector looks. And Bingo we were in again with love with this black Beast. It was finalized. All paper work, RTO work, car passing was done in 2 days . We got car delivery on 3rd September which was again a great experience. We did puja of the Car in presence of Pandit which is rare in other showrooms. We thank all the team of MG Showroom Pune for great hospitality and photosessions. We personally want to thank Shrikrishna who all the came with us to our home driving our Beast. He took almost 3-4 hours to explain each and every feature, drving ideas, each key to us. Taught us to park the car easily. Thanks Shrikrishna Ekambe from MG Hector, Pune for your Great support and for not making any false promises. It was overall a Homely experience 🙏

I got delivery of MG hector 1.5 CVT on first day of Diwali Dhanteras 22/10/2022 .
The commitment and the fast action by the team is surely appreciable . Especially the efforts by Mr Sacheen for timely attending me as well as calls , test drive & information related to car is at par . Also I must appreciates the effort in quick loan process by Mr Omkar was surprisingly beyond my imagination.
The ambience and gesture at showroom was not less than any 5 star hotel .
