KIFS Volvo Cars

Mumbai only volvo car dealer as of now they also service cars here. The office is on the main road and pretty noticeable. There is reception here and the staff is really kind and helpful. The sales team too is well equipped with the knowledge of the product on sale at the same time are highly customer focused.

Very poor hospitality. Experience of buying a luxury car was spoilt by the staff. Poorly trained sales executives.
If you plan to buy a Volvo.. buy from somewhere else.

Great experience yet again! Was treated with great starters and deserts. Showroom executives are great and very sweet. Always a great experience to meet Samir, really helpful.

Extremely hospitable and dedicated staff. We got to enjoy some tasty treats as well because we visited the showroom during the launch of the new electric version of XC40. Really happy with the test drive and overall showroom experience :)

Amazing experience buying XC60 from KIFS, Sarvesh from the sales team was helpful right from our 1st visit to the showroom till date. Coming to the car, I m extremely happy with the luxury and comfort it offers.

Amazing driving experience with the XC 40

Extremely poor Sales team headed by Mr. Atuf & his colleague Mr. Daljit. No wonders Volvo isn't doing as well as the brand can, because the sales team is just not interested!

Also most of the time, they will have only the base model XC40 in the showroom, which hardly even sells. I'm not sure why would their showroom would never have XC60 their best selling model !!

If you are really keen on buying a Volvo, I suggest you to find some other dealership except for KIFS or ask them to come to your place with the car (they couldn't schedule for us, but you maybe a lucky one!)

They showroom closes by 6pm, if you reach by 5:50pm, you will be informed that the showroom is closing and to come some other day. :)

If you miss their deadlines, be sure to visit the enthusiastic Morya cars (used luxury cars) next door or check out the C5 from Citroen Motors (French Co.) Just a block away (1min walking distance), their salesmen are much interested in your business, unlike KIFS Volvo. :/
