This showroom offers you test drive with minimum formality, SUV vehicles test drive on off-road this experience helps us to test vehicles properly and for choices also

Showroom is placed in much bigger are which is good for parking and all facilities

Visited from 500km with big expectations as ex tata customer. No test drive, no proper assistance in showing models, sales person treat you as waste of time, not even water offered.. went and booked Nissan Magnite (much better car, very good customer experience)

Tata and Mahindra need to learn how to respect and service loyal customers

Worst service center I had experienced, doesn't care about customer. Tata really needs to work on after sales service. I purchased Nexon EV 3 months back, however I'm facing horn issues so I went to the showroom service center and there they placed an order of that part and now when I came to replace that part the showroom is saying that the part is incorrect so again they'll be ordering. Also when I booked an appointment for EV update at the very last moment they said that since server is down they can't update it right now. I won't prefer anyone to visit this showroom specifically for servicing.

Hi. We have Nexon EV and on our journey back from Goa to Kolhapur we landed in an emergency to charge as battery was 5% but when we came to the Tata Motors Unity Showroom Kolhapur, we were disheartened to see that the Fast Charging station is not working! Somehow we requested the showroom Staff to help us with a normal charging point. Imraan, was very helpful and the entire team cooperative. We managed a 30min charge and continued journey.Tata Team, please request to keep all your fast charging stations up to date and maintained to avoid such emergencies for the EV customers when you are encouraging EV buyers to buy EV Cars!!!
