Maruti Suzuki Arena (Simran Motors, Wadkhal, Indra Nagar)

Good for servicing of your car.

I have never seen such helpful people in my life. My car was not working properly, i called arena simran motors for help , i got call from one of Mechanic name is Roshan, very good knowledge of car and he is very humble, he is not just resolved my issue in 2 mnts but also given very good information about car. Maruti should promote such person , it will increase your sales and service.

Took all the money for accessories before delivery saying they will fit everything on the car and then the car will be delivered.....
Now while delivery they say accessories are not available....This also delayed my car delivery..... No sense of commitment.... They provide no update, they always say wait for 2-3 days and now its been a month... And I have to call them to take followup....🤦‍♂️
Once the payment is done and the car is delivered they lose interest in the customer.....please choose wisely before buying a car from this showroom....

their Service is good and relevant.
they Manage to Deliver car on or before committed time.
they are always ready to help.

Owner and staff is ready to help Maruti customers.
I requested for assistance on road almost 15 km away from their work shop and service personnel was available with inn 45 minutes.

Worst service
I have recently buy wagonr from this showroom but further i will not recommend to buy car from this showroom
There advisors are Useless
They committed to delivery car within 2 months after booking but they delayed it for 1 month
There have taken all money for accessories but it's been 2 month they didn't delivery all of them every time I have to call them for enquiry
