Crystal Honda

Very worst experience. I had an honda city car i gave it for insurance the estimate amt was 4 lakh rs they done the work.while delivering the car the radio was not working the daignosis of the car was not done good and then i complainted about them, then they was saying its due to your fault u had done wrong someting. And the back fender abover wheels was repainted when i went for washing the car the colour removed. This was their quality of work. Third class showroom. The guy name "Amit Ingole" and the other person was also "Amit" they didn't done their work good. I had installed new screen in my car with my own money, then whats the use of insurance. Third class company and showroom.

Car delivery experience is good but the communication with documents required is worse as until the time of registration in RTO you don't know how much cash you'll have to shell out.

Very shocking, during service I was charged for AC filter replacement. But after use of few days it was noticed that the filter was not changed with a new one. Upon complaint, I got the filter changed by your person. Then I sent a mail to GM Service which is still not attended.

From the moment I arrived, your staff was courteous, professional, and attentive to my needs.
The repairs and maintenance work completed on my vehicle was performed with great care and attention to detail. The quality of the work done was evident when I drove my car away, and it ran better than ever before.
I appreciate the level of communication provided throughout the process, as it helped me understand what was being done and what to expect.
Thank you once again for your outstanding service. I will definitely be returning to your establishment in the future and recommending your services to others.

My experience at the service center has always been good.They have a pick up and drop facility..The servicing charges are always around the estimate given.

The place is really well managed. I have been visiting them for service for my car. The staff is good, they respond in time and really well mannered.
