Maruti Suzuki ARENA (Jagrut Motors, Ratnagiri, Mirjole)

If you are buying car on finance then be sure to know the date for disbursement of loan amount from finance provider. Finance company will provide Delivery order after your loan is sanctioned but then you will have to wait for delivery of vehicle till finance company has disbursed loan amount to the showroom.
Most of the showrooms will deliver the vehicle after they have received Delivery order from finance company but this do not do that.
Normally after Delivery order is given to showroom it may take 15 working days for the finance company to disburse the loan amount.
If only i knew this before i would have looked for another showroom or carmaker or finance company.

I have bought car in Dubai and there it was 4 days process to deliver the car that too with 100% financing. Docs required there were ID, licence, Salary slip and 3 months Bank statement. They even gave me discount and 2 years or 50000 km free service with replacement warranty. I didn't even paid for engine oil for 2 years, on top of that i got battery replacement once within 2 years.

I visited this showroom for the first time. Although staff member who inspected my car was not experienced but workshop manager was quite friendly and helping. Overall experience was okay not so good. Comparing the treatment we get in Hyundai ot Toyota showrooms Maruti will definitely goes downside.

Such a pathetic behaviour from showroom I have droped my car for service and wait in showroom
We don't know there is spearate waiting room for service customer. I request to showroom employee to atleast switch on the fan but they didn't respond and that employee told me that there is time to switch on the AC. There is very hot outside they atleast switch on the fan it will be great but unfortunately they didn't..

Excellent service from Service Manager Akash Bhosle and Service Advisor Raju Salvi they went out of the way to repair my cars clutch plate within a day they arranged the parts from the different service centre and delivered the car the same day
Very thankful to both of them for the service they have provided.

Good and quick service. Good and experienced staff seemed to be working effortlessly and quickly. Huge garage that can accommodate good number of vehicles at once with great equipment
