Excellent experience at NEXA Autovista Manpada Thane. We got excellent support & coordination by Mr. Chetan Bhaskar Khochare from the day of booking till the delivery date, also getting great support after delivery of my car if required any technical information. Not a good experience with nexa.
They kept me waiting for 1.5hr to just wash car. That to they all did in hurry. They didnt clean properly from inside. Whats the point of purchasing premium sedan n their services are poor. Please improve your services. All greasy stains still their.

Our experience at Nexa Maruti Suzuki showroom was superb in purchasing our first new car Nexa Maruti Suzuki Baleno Zeta Automatic. The best guidance that we got was from our Relationship Manager Mr. Hiren Uresh Shah at Nexa. He helped us from the start as a new and first time car buyer till the very end. He gave us all the accurate information and explained us a detailed technical know-how on selecting the best suitable model for us. Also besides this, he was excellent and very very helpful till the very end with getting the car delivered and giving us a quick driving lesson on the car post it was delivered to us driven till our location.
Every step in the process of purchasing the car was fabulously explained and guided.

Show room was crowded due to New Vitara SUV model was on display. Zhe first impression about the SUV is beyond expectations and await test drive. It would be interesting to see how the pricing would be..

Would probably rate a 0 if that option was available. Been seeking a test drive for last 3-4 weeks. Sales representative called saying vehicle would be sent in the evening but there was no news. Visited the show room then, where a junior sales person assured the vehicle would be sent next day. Nothing happened again. Asked for soft copies of the brochure which still isn't shared!!
Don't intend to book from here since if pre service is horrible then can only imagine the kind of service if vehicle is purchased from here!
