The worst service ever I have reviewed from Kiran motors. Customer service team is rude does not know how to talk with the customer. Manager name Santosh will shout on the call if raise any complaint. Archana customer service rep does not know how to handle complaints. Dont buy car from them they will give all jazz. Refund process is very slow and worst because of that I had to pay 2 emis in one month and when I called them to inform all I got was Woh to refund hojaega no apology nothing . It is because of the delay Advisor Sadik made delay for closing the old car loan account. I wish I could rate 0 .

One of the worst dealership in Maharashtra .To get ur paper work done u need to run behind the sales advisors worst experience from Samruudhi and Avinash from sales team.At the end got help from one of their senior who was a nice person.Think before u buy car from this dealership.

Never ever try to buy cars from kiran motors, 1 they gave me bs4 car even after charging for bs6 and 2nd they gave me repainted car and now they are telling me that they don't have any work history for said repaint. moreover indirectly they are pointing at me that repair is done by me all people's from kiran motors even their CEO Mr. Deepak is telling me they don't have history wow amazing so you guys keep history for your fault....
