Very poor service i gave my tata nano car for servicing yesterday 18/11/2017 and tell the service engineer about loose seat problem.today i went for receiving my car i paid money i collect my car n see the loose seat as it is work not done on it.if i have a knowledge about servicing why i went in your show room...? they told me this is not our duty.. Very bad experiance givan by hem motars service engineer..there is no value for money...MH 11 Ak 7281

I have purchased Tata Tiago in Jan 2018. At that time I have asked to pay Rs.800/- for FasTag without this your vehicle will not be pass in RTO. I have paid same time. After that I followed up with the concirn people regulerly but still they did not give me FasTag card. I have complaint so many time but still I have not received it. I have a very worst experience with Tata Motors & Hem Motors.

I have been calling these people since last 2 months i.e. October, I have literally made 20-25 calls, but they have answered only once. The concerned person sent me a quotation on mobile once and that's it, since then he has never ever answered my call. 3-4 times that he picked up, his reply was he is busy, will call later, but has never called back. This is height of irresponsibility. One customer wanting to buy car, but these people hardly caring for it. I really cannot imagine what the after sales service will be. Bhai, Ratan Tata ki company hai, and we as Indian are really proud of him. And as an Indian, My first cars choice was going to be a tata car. But people like these by behaving like this are not even leting there Indian company down like Tata, But also letting down Ratan tata ji, and consequently also bringing down our country. Hopeless people sitting in there.

Pathetic experience in my very first service for my TATA Altroz. I am giving one star for people who wash the car, they washed really very carefully & perfectly.

TATA passenger car showroom, display vehicles quantity are ok .Few sales guys like Sachin P are very informative and attentive.

The service was good and very supportive, representative were helpful and attentive. Liked the service.
