Tata Motors Cars Showroom - Inderjit Cars, Andheri West

Everything was at its level best, only until the time I signed the final papers at the time of delivery. Post the signing the papers, it felt like we were kicked out of the showroom. We had opted for some additional accessories, which were of real bad quality. The next day itself it had started peeling out. Mr. Francis, Showroom Supervisor had promised to get it fixed but after the committed date, he has stopped responding to our calls.
Till date we haven't received the pictures that were clicked by the showroom staff while taking the delivery of car. Seems it was just a tick mark activity done by the showroom to show management or a process to follow. They do not care about your customer sentiments. Just re think before finalizing your TATA dealer.

I wanted a test drive for Altroz but was told on two occasions to come to the showroom only as the cars are not available for home visits on weekends. Even on weekdays, the sales rep was not interested in bringing the car to my office location and was happy to not do anything further apart from refusing. There was no interest or eagerness at all. Seems like they either don't care or have a lot of sales happening without the need for any extra effort or service. I had heard that service quality is an issue with Tata and this company is proving it right. If this is the attitude prior to the sale, I wonder what happens post sale.

I am Mrs. Debasruty Chatterjee with Booking Id 6874. I have booked my car that is Model TATA NEXON XMA(S) petrol on 15/04/2022 at Inderjit Car Pvt. Ltd., Andheri west. I am writing the mail with much disappointment and despair. I was given a waiting period of 4 months that is supposed to be around 15/08/2022. I visited your showroom on 21/08/2022 and was informed about my waiting number which was 24. Two weeks later i had a telephonic conversation regarding the same with your customer executive Khushbu Patel, and was told my waiting number was 2. I tried contacting regarding the same on 17 theSeptember and my phone calls have went unanswered. I am currently clueless about the status of my car as there is no communication regarding the same from your side. I am utterly disappointed regarding the communication and the customer handling methods. I am still sitting clueless regarding the whereabouts of my car and its delivery. I was hoping to have a pleasant experience about the process of buying my first car and it is turning to a tussle. I am strongly considering about cancelling my booking if the same situation remains. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful to clear the whole situation.

Booked Nexon XZA+ from Inderjit motors--- The biggest mistake..
They said it will take 3 month for delivery. But they also said Kaziranga model will be delivered within 1.5 months.. hence upgraded to Kaziranga.. but after 1 month I started following up and I also got commitment from their side that I will get the delivery, hence I planned my other function accordingly. But as the committed date was nearing, they started giving faltu excuses. Worst communication and no communication at all.. worst customer service. And as expected they defaulted on commitment. And so my function also need to get cancelled. And there was no remorse with sujata, vidhi, naresh and Francis.
After 20 days they called for delivery. And on that day also the number plate was not ready, not the fast-tag, not the RTO passing.. these guys are taking customers for a ride altogether. Then vidhi again committed that in a week's times all these issues will be ironed out. Now it's been 10 days still nothing.
3rd commitment issues is they promised to give me few accessories which now they are saying they can't give.. this totally unacceptable and ridiculous. After such long time TAtA has come up with good cars and because of these unprofessional and unproductive people like Naresh Rana, Vidhi, Francis the whole experience is ruined. I hope they get the same treatment for their things like they have treated me. So that they learn what actually is called as customer service. Forget the customer delight, they need to learn customer service 101 first.

My order no.50721972 from Inderjit motors Andheri on 7/8/22. Sales person and Customer experience manager Mrs. Madhuri given me tentative date that around 15-20 oct 22 it will allot. But when contacted , now even after beyond commitment date, no any tentative date blaming to plant inefficiency. I have prob with wrong commitment and blaming game. People are loosing confidence and no one is noticing.

Tata motors and dealers should take lessons and should respect customers.

Not at all recommemded....think 1000 times before going to inderjeet even though Tata improved their car quality but staffs are mannerless with zero IQ....after sale bad service to refund excess money of mine Inderjeet take more than 3months....

We bought a lovely TATA TIGOR from INDERJIT TATA MOTORS.
Mr Francis D'souza helped us in getting us the Royal Blue colour of the car within the assigned time and fulfilling all our requirements.The royal blue colour is very pleasing .The car is spacious and bluetooth system works amazing. Received all amenities I asked for in my model. We loved the car!
Mr. Ashok Mishra advised and guided us to buy this car with all the procedures of TATA motors.
Received the delivery of our Tata TIGOR car by Mr. Vishal.
Everyone is very cooperative here, and hence the process of buying a car was very smooth.
