This is the only authorised mahindra showroom beyond Nerul towards panvel side. You can approach from multiple sides
1. Via expressway using shedung exist
2. Via old mumbai Pune highway
3. Via newly built jnpt road (from.belapur or panvel)

The showroom is bit away from panvel city as well and could be one of the drawbacks on sales aspect. The showroom is quite big and airy. It's easily noticeable from highway. The staff is courteous and try to explain the car in a better way. I had been with my friend to check out xuv300 and mahindra thar

Very good service and follow-up. Earlier I had given 5start for the service now I have to change it to 1 Star for the real face..
I have booked a vehicle with them in September their finance team was not able to process the loan telling borrower should own a house in Mumbai.. so we had canceled the booking any with the same documents citroen car showroom got the loan sanctioned and today vehicle is getting registered but till now there people have not refunded the booking amount and giving excuses telling its under process then MD not available for signing the cheque..
While taking the booking amount they came home with the QR code for payment now if we go to showroom also they give excuses...
Very bad service..

This review is not for the showroom, but it’s for the staff of the showroom especially for the Person who assist for test drive. I had been requesting for the test drive for XUV 700 Diesel manual for a long time but the person who conduct this keeps giving me some excuses, since last few days he keeps telling me “tomorrow “. This is like I am begging him for a test drive, and he is doing some kind of “Ehsaan” on me.
If they have so much problem for test drive then I can assure customers will have tough time dealing with them once they buy the car from this showroom.
Worst experience from Mahindra staff.

Today evening just visited for an inquiry of XUV 700AX7
But the service Advisor Mr.Vijay was so Rude &irresponsible with his lot of attitude in his behaviour.I told him for test drive of vehicle
He said the test drive vehicles is not available.
Never expected such mannerless &impolite

I have been a regular visitor at the Salasar Panvel service center. I must say the staff here is very courteous, helpful and solution oriented… i own a XUV500 AT (MH 46 AU 9579)and prefer sending my car always to Panvel for all services & any wear and tear.

Excellent service
10/10 My car was fixed within a timely manner and looks like the damage was never there. The staff were so helpful and made answered all my questions. Thank you so much Mr. Uday and Body shop manager Mr. Amit Sawant for everything!

Worst showroom of India. They said 20 days for delivery of car and gave after 50 days. Also increased the price of car and charged us more Rs.35,000/-. No body bothers to answer the queries properly and take the customer for granted. Please don't ever book car from this showroom.

I think this is one of the best dealer after Mumbai ,very big and precise showroom they holds
Sales executive are also very friendly and cooperative...if I want to mention the name then I will definitely suggest Amit Ghumre,Amit Dighe,Vishal Jagtap and Nilesh shinde.The service they offer
