Very well behaved staffs, well trained and knows how to treat customers. Timing, servicing and everything was apt.
Best thing is they know how to maintain a good relationship with customers. Any complaints you have, address them directly they'll listen to you and get it fixed asap.
Another major plus point is that their services are very pocket friendly.

Poor service , worst service , unsatisfactory service etc etc. words are short to complaint worst services of this service center .
My friend purchased a new Mg astor in Feb month and after 3-4 months the car was not starting,he called rsa, bhopal they took the car next day and it has been 2 months till now he has not received his car.
I was hoping to buy mg car but after knowing this kind of service I am not looking forward to buy. Worst service by MG.

Pathetic service records pathetic cars. If any option of minus ratings I must give that only. MG plz leave the country don’t make fool to customers.
