NEXA (Ocean Motors, Indore, Geeta Bhawan Square)

Most unprofessional behaviour at any of the showrooms I have ever visited in my life. They are fooling customers, rather trapping actually. They falsify the terms and will forcefully ask you to pay for the things you didn't book. It took me 8 hours to get a car delivered. After sales support is very poor, they don't even courier you sales invoice till a month. Please be aware and avoid buying from them. Further they are not able to resolve customer concerns in timely manner. They will just give false assurances. Don't know how they get alpha dealer awards.

Geeta bhawan nexa showroom in indore have excellent service . Customer treat from start to end is excellent .

This has been the best car buying experience, having owned cars of Ford, Maruti and Mahindra and now a,Nexa, I would say Nexa clearly stands out in all aspects.
