Maruti Suzuki Arena (Indus Motors, Nilambur, Minervapadi)

No problem with their work, but their behaviour is awful. (except the customer relationship managers, their timely attention and care for customers are commendable)

I'll try to avoid this place next time.

A very good body workshop of Maruti Suzuki vehicles, as it seems. A little away from the road, but with enough space for business processe (that is repairing the car body) and pretty good space for parking. Wheelchair entry into both the yard, the parking and the compound.

Very bad customer relation and vehicle services. They don't even give update for what they are doing with our vehicle and will provide a huge bill after the service. My vehicle maruthi dezire has taken to service and some part changing on 29th of july but they couldn't deliver till now. And they are not attending or responding our calls properly. So please don't be fool with Indus motors Nilambur .. never again to Indux Nilambur

Prompt servicing and timely delivery of the vehicle. Polite service advisers and technicians.

Super place to get the car serviced. Qualified mechanics with required skill sets.

Card swiping facility is not at this place for a long time. Inconvenience caused to me.
