Maruti Suzuki ARENA (Carino Motors, Kozhikode, Kannur Road)

My experience was excellent from all the individuals at Carino - sale assistant receptionist, service. Everything was perfect and this is how it should be done. Everything was handled in a timely and professional manner. I will be soon visiting for my next car from Carino. They were kind, professional and courteous people with a great dealership. I strongly recommend this dealership for your future purchase. Thanks to Mr. Samsreeth for his support and good deal.

The welcome was good.all safety measures taken for covid. Good salesmanship and answered all queries. Brochure was not supplied. I got e brochure. Test drive was arranged and there was not the disgusting type of push for immediate sale from any people.

the attitude of this dealership, is very pathetic, no one is ready to attend the request for a test drive, will lose your time, money and effort, if you visit there, must go to other dealership, if you want to buy a maruthi-suzuki product.

Very irresponsible staff and GM
I have a terrible experience from them, the atmosphere and showroom is very neat and clean but they don't have no punctuality and they are very irresponsible even their GM also.

I had a terrible experience with Carino Motors this year. Their sales team has absolutely no value for customer relationship. My daughter booked a vehicle from them in Aug 2021 and she was told that the vehicle would be delivered in 1 month's time. We knew that there was a very long waiting period for Maruti vehicles and even asked the asst sales manager whether they were realistic in giving us a commitment of 1 month for delivery. To which the asst sales manager assured us that it would be delivered in less than a month. My daughter trusted the person and went ahead with the booking. But even after 3 months there was no news of the car. Finally we were allotted a car that was canceled by another customer and when we agreed to take the delivery of that vehicle, Carino Motors increased the price and asked us to pay 25k extra citing that the company had hiked the prices. Totally unprofessional behavior! Will not recommend Carino Motors to anyone in my circle.
