Nissan & Datsun Kottayam

Service is good but expensive. Tendency to change too much parts even if it is not necessary. After sales provision for customer services is not good as compared to other showroom especially customer waiting lounge. Technician and service executive who attended was good.

Everything was fine except for the attitude of a front office staff. This guy was treating us as if he is the co-owner of Nissan group of companies and we were there for charity!

I bought my datsun go plus from kottayam showroom. Their service and staff is good till now. Hope they continue the good service in future also

Service and vehicle is good comparing to maruthi or other brands.service cost is low but customer service is not up to mark and taking very long time to get the vehicle serviced even with a prior booking.
