Went out to roll out a brand new Tata nexon

As for the car, tata nexon is an excellent vehicle. Competitive to the facilities provided. But as for the showroom hospitality, management and knowledge i dont think i have any reason to even give a 2 star rating

From the start to the end i did not find any positive feel except for the delivery and key handover part. We came into the showroom, there was no one to greet, we had to find where to seat ourselves.

We had already visited the car previously and told to properly clean it before delivery.

When we were shown our car, i felt it no different from taking a car from an average car wash center. There were dusts here and there, glue parts not properly cleaned, floor mat papers dirty and the panel not cleaned to a brand new look

We had to spend over 2 hours in the showroom so that we could show the issues and clean it properly - remember that we are taking a brand new car.

From the moment we had contacted Tata for the car purchase we have encountered similar issues one or the other

I hope that the Top management will take more care to train there staff how to take care of their customers

Big promises and long delays: Booked and was asked to expect the car (Punch Adventure AMT) within 6 weeks. It is now 18 weeks and counting.

Their GM said that Tata is not sending enough cars to their dealership. Better to avoid such dealerships.

Marina motors still is unable to commit to any guaranteed delivery time.
They do not care much and will not even bother to give you any timely updates.

Don't give your vehicle for the service at any center.They will give back your vehicle with scratches and damages.They will theft your valubles inside the vehicle too if any.I have bad experience with them and I'm totaly upset.

I was there for booking for my first car Nexon. All the details were given through mobile itself. Even in Sunday executive responded to my messages. They arranged me a test drive also.Deeshma and Rouf are the two executives helped me for all those booking related things. Happy with the service provided by the showroom. After delivery of my car once again will update about their service.
