Very nice customer service....

Had the worst experience from any showroom, a lady rep at first, whom I can’t recall the name, Manju? Not sure.. and then Sadan Shiju, again kept me waiting and spoiling all my weekend plans, the lady was horrible.. was interested in the top trim petrol automatic model for xuv700, but glad they didn’t let me through.. test drives offered and blocked my time, but never honoured, wonder what the service would be like if they can’t even attend a basic sales request, not sure if it is Meridian or Mahindra, but stay away from these guys and find a better dealer if you got no choice but Mahindra.. these guys are a really no go, beware..

Bad experiance from this showroom😵‍💫.
I hd a pathetic and very bad experince from the sales teams (merdian mahindra Pathanamthitta).The behaviour of whole team from the bottom to top of this showroom is a very big zero .the promised me for the test drive so many times but they don't give the vehicle for test drive. I informed for the test before one month but not use .these types of services are available

Really I appreciate them for a friendly service during the booking process mainly manju from pathanamthitta branch, she have excellent customer service skills.

Very ordinary behaviour from the staff , not professional at all and even the TD vehicle was out of fuel..

Nice place for test drive and all.. Mr. Eldho sales executive is very nice person, very informative and highly patience for all the queries… highly recommended
