I booked a car based on guaranteed delivery promise within a month. I wanted a specific car for my parents who stay back at home so that they can travel around comfortably before the worse monsoons hit as I work and live elsewhere. Now, after 2 months, they are asking me to make a compromise on my choice of car or delivery will further be delayed by uncertainty. A crew who has no idea what they are doing is the worst. I'm utterly disappointed at the lack of responsibility, reliability and complete lack of professionalism. I disappointed at myself for making the wrong selection of dealership.

Really helpful staffs, while traveling from Chennai to Alleppey on 24 Nov 22, our car got punctured near their showroom. While searching some help to replace the tyre, the staff seen us and offered help. Thank You Very Much .......
