Worst service Ever. Made Bumber to Bumber claim and they didn’t replace the broken lock of front door. I called them regarding this and messaged them but they are not responding. I have already send email to Tata.

Very Bad Customer experience From tata focuz service..at the time of second service they told many offers to take combo package of third service and when the time of third service km reached they are telling to pay the amount..very bad service..really disappointing service care from tata

Very poor service and response team is too slow, most of the parts are out of the stock when needed.
I tried to contacted Vishnu there but they themselves do not know about there stocks.
