I have purchased tata tiago through NCS tata alappuzha and taken delivery of the vehicle. My first experience with this vehicle is amazing. The sales personnel in the NCS TATA ALAPPUZHA were very Co-operative and helpful throughout the entire process. I would like to specially mention the names of Mr Teddy and Mr vishnuraj ( team leader) here. I test drive the vehicle with Mr vishnuraj and his attitude and profound knowledge about the vehicle is the first reason that purchase this vehicle. I received my new vehicle TATA PUNCH today morning through NCS , Alappuzha. The delivery experience by Tram leader Mr. Prasad and other sales personal were excellent.

Worse showroom ever.i asked for pdi from the time i booked the vehicle and they told me at the last moment that we need to go kayamkulam for PDI. So i canceled the PDI because i trust TATA,But the next thing they told me that they ride the car from kayamkulam to Alappuzha for delivery and i said no but at the time of delivery they ride my car at @kilometer 126.

Waste service i ever got... Executive need to achieve targets of EV so simple they will take the booking and when we call. They will tell unwanted reasons like ev got fire so they have updates so it will be delayed ,u can cancel it. Even tata is not revealed the issue of fire. But NCS executives know it..wow...

Walked in to enquire about battery replacement for my Tiago. The staff there was kind enough to share the information from their service experts, and even offered me a bottle of water..
