Experienced workforce driven by targets which will prevent them from troubleshooting the problem and just recommend to buy spare parts. But if they are asked to find out problem and fix it, they will really fix it. Don't show up your attitude as it will definitely bounce back to you.

Very poor facility and very unfriendly staff.
Service staff Behaviour not at all good.
Though compared to couple of years back- it has improved , but still they need to go a long way in attaining the desired goal

This is the only service center for Mahindra in Trivandrum. Good place to service your vehicle only if You're vigilant enough. Dependable for routine service and inspection of vehicles. If you have encountered any other problems these people will blame Mahindra for the complaints and claims that the particular problem is for all models of same vehicles. Beware you may have to complaints to Mahindra if the complaints need to be addressed with satisfaction. Customer waiting areas are excellent, which makes us comfortable sitting. Every thing is neat and clean .No complaints to say. Their staffs and workers are very friendly but beware service executives may lie if you are not vigilant or if you are with limited knowledge of services.

It took me long 7+ years to understand that TVS is one of the dealerships that provides cheap customer service in the City. I thank them for helping me to switch to another car company after long 7 years. I had my first non TVS delivered car last day. I had 2 cars from TVS in the past. I had the same kind of experience for both cars. They don't even care to keep 4 lemon's.I was surprised when Honda guys pre filled my car with almost 3/4 tank diesel, free accessories with out me asking for anything. On top of that they placed lemons. I was totally taken by their dealings.

TVS trained me not to ask for any free accessories ( recall they dont even give free 4 lemons). Now I feel so happy for not buying Marazzo (my planned replace vehicle ) from TVS.

I wish TVS start treating its loyal customer with due dignity and responsibility in future to retain them. Remember once the people start moving away from you, you have a hard time getting them back :). I know TVS are good people how ever TVS needs to be better people to meet customer expectations.

Very bad experiance from TVS Mahindra service centre. They don't solve the complete problems of the vehile, many problems will be there after the service. You have to wait 2 to 4 hours to get back your vehicle after the service. You'll lose your patience. This is happening in every service. Also the service is very enpensive. They are charging huge amount even for small works.

Perfect Service centre for Mahindra Cars

Very professional, courteous and friendly staff. I was offered a seat, a magazine to read and a cup of coffee while I waited to be addressed.

Reporting a major issue from Mahindra group on their latest vehicle XUV 300.

Vehicle has done 20,000 kms. Not more than an year. Bought from #TVS_MAHINDRA, Karamana. Since they have shutdown both sales and service, the vehicle was provided to #SS_MAHINDRA, vazhayila, for periodic service and we had noticed a sound from engine side. The service team at SS Mahindra opened up the gear box without my consent and later reported the bearing is damaged.

It's been almost a month and we haven't received any update yet.

1) Engine repair at just 20,000 kms ( first service ), which is a major manufacturing defect.
2) Opening up of gear box without prior information.

NO PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE. REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE.
