Jk Vehiclades in Udhampur is only maruti showroom in udhampur. Although when you buy the vehicle the service is very good . They guide you properly. Custmor service is also good but there vehicle service is very poor. No care is taken of your vehicle. Even they don't have proper space. Very less space. Charges are very High. Toilet facilities to customer is not available. Very less care of the customer. And they take very large time to do a simple work. Although work force is enough and good but the service is just ok ok not so good according to the workforce available. Byuing vehicle is good but don't get your vehicle service there. They might breakout our vehicles and charge double from you..

Very bad experiance in udhampur maruti service center. I went three times for the service of my car. They are making us fool. Sometimes workers not available, Sometimes vacum cleaner is not working overall timewast and money waste. Pls dont go there for service..

Mannerless senior staff ,they talk to customers like ,tuu tera etc

One of the biggest frauds out there. They didn't guide customers regarding their policies.their only intrest is sales. So please whoever is reading go for another option like peaks,jammu motors. But never ever think about this jamkash dealership.

Wonderful experience, absolutely trained staff , the area is confined and less but the enthusiasm and mutual understanding to resolve your car issue is high, the mechanic just took twenty minutes to fix the issue, they don’t have the requisite spares which I ordered in Bodmo online , they fix it with very reasonable rates, the manager was very supportive, appreciate, well done , keep it up

No care of customer it's almost 1year to come but maruti Suzuki udhampur unable to resolve my issue. My c.no 83780722
