Shuhul Honda

Contrary to the reviews mentioned here, our experience in Shuhul HONDA was excellent.

The workmanship is very well trained and displayed a clear thoughtful approach towards my ride. They inspected, detected the faults and had the parts changed in front of me. One man per car did wonders and also did a test drive with me besides them.

Having seen many HONDA authorised service centers the experience has been absolutely best. Kudos to Shuhul HONDA for excellent service.

I visited the workshop this morning for service of my car. The area is well maintained and enough space to park vehicles coming for sale/ service. The place is easily accessible located dot on the Srinagar Jammu national highway. I found the staff very well mannered especially their place manager Mr Zahid. Work done and I left satisfied. Hunda, its actually on the old highway road for from the srinagar, but as an customer representative are other workers are not good, are respect like a customer like in other companies do. Indeed it's sight is good with a little parking sight for guests r customers. The shuhul honda has to do very much things for to grow up his business in kashmir.

Pathetic after sales service, I have purchased Honda Amaze and during purchase they assured me not to take any discount instead they will arrange that amount in providing me seat covers. Now its been 3 months and they are making me beg for that.
I would not recommend anyone to go for Shuhul Honda as they are good till you purchase and once it's done they treat you like beggar.

One of the worst Showroom and staff I have ever seen ...

Shuhul Honda has created monopoly within Kashmir valley. They provide pathetic service and customers having Honda cars are left with no choice but to visit same place for service even after having ill experiences on previous occasions.
Staff here acts in a manner as if they are doing some favour by providing us service in return to the money we pay.......
Request Honda to do something about it.
