they have showroom + Service Centre at same location.. energetic team and sales team are very good.. very good facility available here once you enter in the showroom they will offer you tea coffee and water... the car is really very very nice.. so keep up the good work guys.. you guys are really very amazing

Morris Garage, MG Motors in short, this dealship is located in Faridabad on the Highway from Delhi to Agra, just few kilometres post the toll plaza on the left side. The prominent sign to locate this would be to keep an eye for LG showroom,which is more prominent and visible. It was good to see few individuals showing interest in EVs, however majority still were inlcined for larger and bigger ICE SUVs. The place is clean and tidy. The staff is courteous and professional. One star less is primarily for the chaos at the Gate of the Showroom. Try parking your self driven vehicle at some distance, else you are likely to get stuck.

Beautiful showroom... Architecture of this showroom will compliment your personality.
Best part is the hanging car and vintage car (although not available now)

When you move out of Maruti or Hyundai or Tata in cars you expect the Salesman to be more polished.....to let you know in addition to what is available online. My visit to the showroom yielded only touch and feel of the car and no test drive was made available nor any eagerness shown for the same. Incidentally, it is the same place I made a buying decision 9 yrs back when it was a different dealership.......credit goes to the sales person then. I suggest the Showroom Manager looks into polishing the sales force more. Wishing you all the best.

Visited Showroom on Feb 28th to get test ride and understand vehicles feature.
Unfortunately no vehicle available at Showroom for test ride as well as not satisfied with the Customer attending process followed at dealership.

Anyway, Sales guy offered to give test ride at my place next day(01st Mar) as test ride vehicle has gone to Noida today, let's see how it moves.
Overall not a Good feel of visiting a world class Automobile showroom.

Mar 02nd-Updating after waiting to get call from showroom for test ride, no calls received.
Infact Showroom guy collected copy of my DL also during my visit on Feb 28th, God bless me if that will not be misused by MG Dealership.
Worst experience ever on this type of customer service. Cheap part is, instead of receiving a call from company/ showroom, an update is done for this review asking me to write a mail or call on number provided.

Went to the showroom. Saw the cars. Had to leave without a test drive as we waited more than 30min near the gate. The concerned executive said car is just coming in 5min, but didn't came. Till date no courtesy call from Showroom that we can send a car for test drive. This is the way these new companies are working.
Check the test drive details on 7th Feb by my name and visit to showroom you will get all the details.

Faridabad mg has zero percent customer satisfaction. I recommend no one should purchase car from here. We as customers are trapped after purchasing car from here . Their service head argues with customer . And miss Naaz has no manners to talk to customer. Surinder ji gives false commitments to customers .
