Tata Motors Cars Showroom - Metro Motors, Ambala Cantt

Very much pleased by the service provided by Metro Motors especially Mr. Sumit bhatt purchased my first car Tata Punch from them big Thumbs Up to Metro Motors for delivering a car on time Thank you Sumit bhatt and Metro Motors

I visited tata motors around april and got the delivery of my nexon on 6th june within two months of booking. The sales execituve himmat singh was very responsive and replied to my every query and got the delivery on time even though there was such a long waiting period for nexon dark edition. The entire experience was awesome for me and the bad reviews about tata motors showroom and sales executive doesnt apply atleast to this showroom. They are changing the TATA brand service with their excellent work.

We have purchased new car from Metro Motor and i must say that dealership experience was very very good....full marks goes to staff and sales team....every process was smooth... Happy with everything till now.

I recently purchased Tata Punch from Metro Motors Ambala. I am giving 5-Star for the services they provide to customers.

Pros:
- Executives are very professional. I was coordinating with Miss Avni and she is one of reason I am giving 5-Star. She is in touch with me from Day 1 of booking. I was getting all the query response in real time.
- Metro Motors Ambala showroom ambience is good and they know how to treat customers. All the persons including Security Guard are very polite.
- Showroom is very transparent in the whole deal. I guess that could be one of the reason now Tata is at No#2 in sales figure.
- I got some issue with my Punch especially Paint issue and at 1 time I was thinking if I have not got solution then I need to reach Consumer court. But again Dealership is so much responsive they sorted out 95% of paint issue. And with remaining 5% i have to live whole life :-( But overall I am pretty much satisfied and the good is you don't need to go anywhere they will provide solution at you door steps.

Cons:
- PDi need to have more quality checks. As my car having paint issue. And 1 spot where I can see rust. But overall I am happy the service you provide.

Their services are good, but they don't check the car and don't drive as I purchased Nexon Xm after two days their wheel balancing and wheel alignment is not done.
They all need to drive the car before given to clients
M given only one star only for their behaviour.

Wrost experience, i visited thrice and all time my experience is not good at metro motors
In last i visited for Tata Tiago petrol 2017 coolent pipe seal and it's more then 2 weeks no satisfactory response

excellent service provided by naveen, metro motors ambala... it was a very good experience with the guys and the all team members in Tata Motors right listen Naveen has done the tremendous job

Smooth transaction and very helpful staff made my another tata car buying experience memorable.
Mr. Rachit, Mr. Indrajit and the staff have given me their full attention to all my car needs end to end. Thanks again for the great support.
