Absolutely PATHETIC showroom with useless lazy staff. Third visit here in over a month. I came to check availability for AutoTerrace and nobody was available. They said u wait 20
Minutes. Next I came to check service history. Same response. Today I’m here for accessories and again these people are saying wait for 15-20 minutes the guy is “outside somewhere”. No wonder other showrooms are crowded and these people are absolutely free to sit around and sleep!!

Extremely horrendous experience basis the experience from past 3 services. Team has no ownership, no transparency & communication amongst internal staff leading to a night-mare experience for the end customer. The team is chasing customers with offers to provide car for service but delivering the car (with all work done) as per HONDA quality standards....IS ABSOLUTELY MISSING....They ironically have staff like Mr. Joshi who will ask you to pay the complete dues / bill even irrespective whether the service or work has been delivered or not.>>>>>> DO NOT GO TO CHERISH HONDA IF YOU VALUE YOUR HONDA

One of the best Honda Showroom and service center in Gurgaon. Ambience and cleanliness is maintained. Staff behaviour is very good. Special thanks to Anil, Service Advisor he has been very helpful.

Want to get insulted or treated badly, please go to them. I went to check out Honda city at 11 am on 14th Feb 2023 with my cheque book to book a car.. There were no other customers at that time. 4 sales representatives were sitting and sipping coffee. Despite two reminders no one got up to assist. Took my business to Ring Road Honda. If the owner is reading this, please speak to your team as they are making you lose your money and customers.
Avoidable at all costs.

Car has been service fantastic. There was some regarding noise of engine due to minor accident, which has been cured successfully. Mr. Jatin Rana is a good advisor, who has provided good service second time. Thanks to Cherish Honda for providing good service regularly from last two years.

This showroom is nice for new cars as well as auto terrace used cars.
Abhishek is perfect guide at the time of sales.

Today i went for first service and Lokesh was my service advisor, he knew what exactly is suitable for the customer as per car conditions, also he worked proactively.

Unfortunately at the time of washing some water get into my electrical connections of the car which leads to malfunction which was really hard to determine, still the electricians (don’t remember the exact name but Mr. Sharma i think) and one more, they both stick to the task and get it resolved.

Overall, my experience was good.

Very bad experience. Gave Honda City 3 times for repair work. Every time had complains about work and required to revisit. Latest incidence, gave car for shark Finn antenna replacement. Contacted service advisor Nishant and he delegated work to Lokesh. They painted and replace old antenna with new one. After delivery of my car, I found issue in paint work as fitment of antenna. After giving this feedback, they arranged advisor home visit. Visited advisor checked and found the issue as it was clearly visible. He made video as well and said that car needs to be resend to workshop for addressing these issues.

Conclusion is advisors are list bothered how the repair work is done. They just focus on completing. They never check whether work is done neatly and completely or not. I fed up of giving negative feedback but they don't improve.
