Service is really slow and staff seems to have not interested in customer.management really need to think what customer is

Very worst service center,My Nexon ' s first service I expect Much more but unfortunately in lounge no one staff ask you for water and refreshing complimentary even cleaning of vehicle not exactly That I wonder they don't clean even boot of my car 0 ranking for cleaning even though After service no any staff ask u for Bill or gate pass u have to collect urself all bills and documents

They only make fake promises about delivery of vehicle.
Never get positive response.
Whenever we call for update, they don't give satisfactory reply.
Don't waste customer's time if you don't have product to deliver.

Pathetic place in terms of response and service
My brand new harrier was given to them one and half month back for frontal accidental repairs
But it's more than 45 days and they are not able to do it
Despite putting repetitive complaints nothing is happening on ground
The car is still at their showroom and they just don't seem to care
First time I am going through such a bad tata dealership wherethey follow no system ,no checks ,no proper management
So many times they have asked for my car parts from plant but still they fall short of parts
I wish Tata Motors give their look into this matter seriously
I spent 26 lakhs on my vehicle and this is how I am being treated
I will make sure that Tata motors listen to me because I ll bring this matter in all social media be it instagram and Facebook,twitter

In continuation the Rama Motors charged me rs 5000 for a fully insured car which was insured bumper to bumper fully insured

Sending a legal notice to Rama motors today and see you in consumer court in short time
Even after so much you have made me do that.
